Cluster Green Stream to ecological technology

Green Stream Project is a coalition of not having legal personality of individuals , companies and organizations intended to encourage the development and implementation of environmentally friendly technologies, primarily to reduce use of oil and replace its electricity.



main aims are:

  • gradual elimination of oil in the Polish economy,
  • market development of electric vehicles,
  • create a market for electric cars,
  • promoting renewable energy sources,
  • promote electric cars,
  • organization of cooperation between science, automotive industry and energy,
  • integration of the electric vehicle market participants,
  • promoting and implementing innovative solutions in the market for cars electrical
  • implementation of new technologies for storing electricity,
  • the use of electricity from coal in the off-peak periods,
  • cooperation with foreign entities in the implementation of electric vehicles.
President cluster is Tadeusz Walasek and sit on the council include curriculum Prof. dr hab. Eng. Jan Popczyk, Silesian University Professor. dr hab. Eng. Tadeusz Glinka, Silesian University Professor. dr hab. Eng. Zbigniew Krzeminski, Gdansk University of Technology, Professor. dr hab. Eng. Mieczyslaw Ronkowski, Technical University of Gdansk.

On 6-24 September in the Museum of Technology could be seen organized in cooperation with the Green Stream exhibition on electric cars.

Green Stream Poland is developing a network of charging stations electric vehicles. Stations are to allow you to connect to an outlet and a car payment card for the energy taken. The battery must be charged for several hours, because the rapid charging stations are not yet implemented. The end of 2010 is expected to create 300 posts. The provision of infrastructure may have an electric car in Poland will have meaning. Without an electric car charging points will get not far.
