Dominika Krzyścik
Looking for the English translation for the acronym STOP, simple and cool "techniczki" helping to preserve, at least for some time awareness (of the English: "mindfulness"). This techniczkę somewhere on the net, for a lecture, I overheard.
And it means:
S - stop - or stop for a moment, turn attention to themselves;
T - take a breath - take a breath, consciously;
O - observe what's going on with you what your voltage, you may upturned arms, may contracture may something else;
P - proceed - or go back to work, to what you did.
takes a few seconds and relaxes perfectly. What more could you do it often: in the elevator on the way, in line at your computer and anywhere else.
But how does it translate into Polish? Why Anti ie, Stop, Westchnij, Analyze, and Load next? Or
ĆWOK: Silence, Sigh, Observation, the end?
